Call for applications for a pre-doctoral position in water resources management

The Botín Foundation funds a pre-doctoral position to develop a PhD research primarily focused on the analysis of surface and groundwater quality in relation to the evolution of irrigated agriculture in Spain, agricultural uses, surface areas of different crops, production techniques and land uses, as well as irrigation technology.

The call for applications is open to researchers who wish to develop their doctoral thesis in the PhD Programme of Agro-environmental Technology for a Sustainable Agriculture of Universidad Politécnica de Madrid, Spain.

The PhD research will be co-directed by professors from the two universities associated with the Water Observatory of the Botín Foundation.
