It is a programme that aims to contribute to the strengthening of institutions and the improving social, economic and sustained development in the region, encouraging more of the best young Latin American university students to commit themselves to the improvement of their societies from the public perspective, all of this with integrity, proactivity and dedication to service.
Participants receive training in which academic content is taught in 5 areas: Public Policies, Public Ethics, Creativity and Innovation, Leadership and Personal Skills, and Global Trends and Sustainability, all aimed at expanding their knowledge of the main challenges of the public function and reflect on the role of the State today.
Training with a high experiential component
- Attend classes, workshops and participate in conferences, with teachers and personalities of great relevance in their field.
- Carry out activities that strengthen teamwork and facilitate the development of skills, competencies and attitudes necessary for their professional life.
- Participate in meetings and visits to public institutions, where they meet civil servants who, with the testimony of their work, inspire them to commit to their vocation to serve others.
- Accompanied by a team of project management professionals, they work in teams to propose and develop an innovation project that responds to a public problem in their environment. The project is defended at the end of the program before a panel of experts.
The programme requires complete dedication throughout its entire length, with continuous evaluation of the performance of each participant.
At the end of the program, students become part of the Network of Civil Servants of Latin America, which has 378 young graduates from previous editions. After 11 years of experience, the Network continues to grow and consolidate with talented people, committed and linked to the public and social sector of their countries.
The Programme
