With more than 15 years of experience in the foundational sector working with multidisciplinary teams in the design and implementation of innovative social projects and initiatives that add value and cause social change. She began her career at the Francisco de Vitoria University supporting its expansion.
Later, she was director of the Social and Institutional Relations Area of the Mashumano Foundation for 10 years. Since 2019 she has been working at the Botin Foundation as head of the Solidarity Talent programme, from which she coordinates the Solidarity Talent Network made up of more than 260 social organisations from different sectors of activity in Spain, who work with the interest of sharing good practices, promoting the networking between them and bringing other sectors of activity closer to them, forming one of the most important networks of the Spanish Social Sector to generate synergies, align efforts and multiply results among organizations.

With more than 15 years in the organisation and coordination of events.
