With more than 15 years of experience in the foundational sector working with multidisciplinary teams in the design and implementation of innovative social projects and initiatives that add value and cause social change. She began her career at the Francisco de Vitoria University supporting its expansion.

Later, she was director of the Social and Institutional Relations Area of ​​the Mashumano Foundation for 10 years. Since 2019 she has been working at the Botin Foundation as head of the Solidarity Talent programme, from which she coordinates the Solidarity Talent Network made up of more than 260 social organisations from different sectors of activity in Spain, who work with the interest of sharing good practices, promoting the networking between them and bringing other sectors of activity closer to them, forming one of the most important networks of the Spanish Social Sector to generate synergies, align efforts and multiply results among organizations.

With more than 15 years in the organisation and coordination of events. She began working in the university world at the Francisco de Vitoria University where she began working as a personal assistant to Management, assistant to the academic management of Integral Training until she was coordinator of Protocol and Events. Later, four years were dedicated to organising events and implementing the HACCP system in the Palacio San Joseren (Getxo). She also developed activities in the business world, with her own entrepreneurship initiatives.

She is currently part of the team of the Solidarity Talent Programme of the Botin Foundation.

Patricia Maxwell, graduated in International Relations by the Francisco de Vitoria University and a current student of Theology and Philosphy,is guided by a passion for international development and humanities. Her experience spans education and the British editorial sector of politics and public affairs, before discovering her true calling in the social realm by contributing to sustainable development programs with a Mexican NGO. Patricia specializes in program creation, strategic development, and implementation oversight, with a particular emphasis on fieldwork.

Motivated by a profound interest in politics, philosophy, and social development, Patricia actively engages in social causes, furthering her interest in education by conducting interventions and training sessions for high school students, youth, and families. Currently, she serves as project manager in Talento Solidario´s programs.
