She earned her Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Universidad Católica Andrés Bello in Caracas, Venezuela, followed by Master’s degrees in Educational Counseling and Family Counseling from Universidad de Santiago de Compostela, a Master’s in Family Therapy from the STIRPE Center in Madrid, and a Master’s in Philosophy and Humanities from Universidad Francisco de Vitoria. Here she has held various leadership positions, including overseeing the Educational Counseling Office and designing and teaching the ‘Personal Skills and Competencies’ and now co-directs the Specialist Program in EESC for Educational Transformation. She is also part of OECD’s Future of Education and Skills 2030 Project

Since 2013, Adriana has been with Fundación Botín, initially as the Promotion Coordinator, focusing on expanding the Education Responsible Program and the ER Centers Network. Currently, she serves as the Director of Education, where she promotes emotional, social, and creative education across educational levels.

PhD in Pedagogy, awarded in 2015 by the Spanish Government Delegation for Gender Violence and Universidad de Deusto. Also holds a degree in Pedagogy, a Diploma in Social Education, a Master’s Degree in Intervention in Violence against Women from Universidad de Deusto, and additional qualifications in Gestalt Therapy and Neurosciences from Universidad del País Vasco. Vanessa has a professional background in socio-educational intervention for vulnerable families and minors.

Since 2007, she has been working in Educación Responsable at Fundación Botín. Currently, she is responsible for Educational Resources in the ER program, focusing on educational innovation and adapting to diverse school contexts nationally and internationally. She also contributes to program expansion and conducts training. She teaches at the university level and is passionate about research.

Bachelor’s degree in Pedagogy from the Universidad de Valencia and a Diploma in Education from the UCLM. Master’s degree in Teaching Innovation from the UMU and research proficiency from the Universidad de Valencia. She has worked as a research collaborator with the Research Institute of the Universidad Politécnica de Valencia and has been involved in advisory, coordination, and training activities with students, families, and social organizations.

Since 2013, her work has focused on the teacher’s role as she works in the Education Area of the Fundación Botín, promoting emotional, social, and creative education. As of today, she is responsible for Training and Research and coordinates mentoring in Educación Responsable programme in Madrid.

Bachelors degree in Psychology from the Universidad Complutense de Madrid. Masters degree in Philosophy and Humanities from the Universidad Francisco de Vitoria. She has worked as a teacher, mentor, and assistant to the Academic Directorate of Integral Training at the Universidad Francisco de Vitoria. She has also served as a psychologist in Educational Guidance departments at schools and universities. She is a lecturer in the Masters program in Neuropsychology and Education at the Universidad Internacional de la Rioja and in the Masters program in Educational Psychology at the Escuela de Organización Industrial.

Currently, she performs support and training functions within the Red de Centros ER and is responsible for the evaluation of the Educación Responsable program in Fundación Botín.

She holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology, a Master’s Degree in Emotional, Social, and Creative Education, and a Master’s Degree in Teacher Training with a specialization in Educational Guidance.

Currently, she plays integral roles in both the Education division of Fundación Botín and the Programs division of the Botín Center, where she coordinates research in collaboration with Yale University. Additionally, she leads the ReflejArte learning resource within the Educación Responsable program and collaborates with various departments, including Evaluation, Communication, and Resources. Throughout her career, she has worked as a consultant, author, and educator at esteemed institutions such as Yale University, Universidad Internacional de La Rioja, Universidad de Cantabria, Universidad Francisco de Vitoria, and Universidad Europea de Madrid.

Bachelor’s Degree in Linguistics (University of Salamanca). Translation and Interpreting studies at Heriott Watt University (Edinburgh). She worked at the Telefónica Foundation: FUNDESCO (Fundación para el Desarrollo de la Función Social de las Comunicaciones) and at the CSIC (Consejo Superior de Investigaciones Científicas) as Institutional Relations Coordinator of the Spanish R&D Academic Network, RedIRIS since its beginning.

Since 2007, she has been a member the education team at Fundación Botín, participating in the implementation of the Model UN: Global Classrooms and Educación Responsable programme. She participates in the development of educational resources based on art. Coordinator of the program in Cantabria and online tutor of the Coro de las Emociones and Literatura, Emociones y Creatividad learning resources.

She holds a Bachelor’s Degree in History from the State University of Rio de Janeiro and pursued further studies with a Master’s in Information and Documentation, along with a Master’s in Archival Studies. Later, she became a teacher specializing in administrative documentation at Universidad Carlos III de Madrid. Her career includes a senior technician role at the National Archive of Brazil and active involvement in projects such as the “Modernization of the National Archive of the Philippines” (AECI – Manila).

In 2005, she joined Fundación Botín, where she played a pivotal role in establishing the Archive and Documentation Department. Currently, she oversees administrative management, data and information control, as well as procedures and training certification within the Education Area.

She holds a Double Degree in Law and Economics from Carlos III University of Madrid and the University of California, Los Angeles. She is also an alumna of the educational leadership program for equal opportunities in Empieza por Educar (Teach For Spain) and has earned a Master’s degree in Teacher Training. She has served as a teacher in both public and private educational institutions, specializing in the Vocational Training stage.

Currently, she serves as the Communication Manager for the Education Area at Fundación Botín. In this role, she is responsible for identifying and disseminating best educational practices within the network of centers in the Educación Responsable programme. She actively generates innovative proposals aimed at fostering the emotional, social, and creative development of young individuals, teachers, and families. Additionally, she spearheads the development and coordination of the conference series named: “La Educación que queremos” (The Education we desire).

Diploma in Librarianship and Documentation from the University of Salamanca and Executive Program in Digital Transformation at EOI. In 2006, she joined the Botin Foundation, participating in the creation of the Archives and Documentation department.

Since 2013, she has been developing her professional work in the Education Area of the Botin Foundation through the management of different projects in the area, especially Responsible Education and its Network of Centres through the care, organization, maintenance and design of its Management System, Web and virtual Campus.

Psychologist, teacher, and researcher, currently pursuing her doctoral studies in Humanities at Universidad Francisco de Vitoria and holds a master’s degree in Humanities from the same institution. She earned her bachelor’s degree in Psychology with a specialization in Education and Clinical Psychology from Universidad Anáhuac and Universidad Complutense de Madrid. She has been involved professionally in intervention, teaching, and training with students (secondary, high school, and university levels), educators, and families.

Within Fundación Botín, Paulina part of the Educación Responsable programme where she participates as mentor. She also trains new participation centers in regards to emotional and social development within the Educación Responsable Program Center Network. She also plays a role in the Coordinating Team of the Program for Public Service Strengthening in Latin America Programme, where she trains, mentors participants and organizes activities.
