Pepa Limeres<\/p>\n

Since 2010, Pepa Limeres has held the position of Coordinator of Science Programmes at the Botin Foundation. Previously, she was Senior Manager of Technology Transfer from 2007 to 2010.<\/p>\n

Pepa coordinates the management of activities in the Science area, both of its own programmes and of collaborations with third parties and transversal actions. In addition, since 2010, Pepa is responsible for the Mind the Gap Program to support early-stage biotechnology business projects based on scientific results from academic laboratories.<\/p>\n

She has 25 years of professional experience in the fields of scientific research and science and innovation management.<\/p>\n

In the field of management, she was responsible for the European nanotechnology programes of the European Science Foundation in Strasbourg, France, and worked at the Higher Council for Scientific Research as head of the management of European research programmes in the areas of Physics, Chemistry and Materials. She has also worked in consulting for innovation and technology transfer, at the Idetra firm, and has collaborated in the R & D & I programmes of the Community of Madrid.<\/p>\n

Previously, she developed her research activity for 8 years in the field of materials, optics and biophysics at the Autonomous and Complutense Universities of Madrid. She has participated in exchanges and collaborations with centres such as the Ris\u00f8 Laboratory in Denmark, the University of Oxford and the University of California-Berkeley. Likewise, she has participated as an independent expert in various evaluation and monitoring panels of research projects in the European Union.<\/p>\n

Pepa Limeres has a Degree in Physical Sciences (1995), with an Extraordinary Degree Award, and obtained a Doctorate cum Laude in Physical Sciences from the Autonomous University of Madrid (2000).<\/p>\n <\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n

Amaya Henar Hernando es Doctora Cum Laude en Historia del Arte por la Universidad San Pablo-CEU de Madrid. Desde junio de 2021 se ha incorporado al equipo de Ciencia de la Fundaci\u00f3n Bot\u00edn. Ha sido, durante doce a\u00f1os, T\u00e9cnico de Transferencia de Resultados de Investigaci\u00f3n, en el Vicerrectorado de Investigaci\u00f3n de la Universidad San Pablo-CEU, gestionando estancias de movilidad (nacionales e internacionales), proyectos de investigaci\u00f3n y Becas de formaci\u00f3n de Personal Investigador con financiaci\u00f3n interna y externa. Adem\u00e1s, ha sido coordinadora de la Noche Europea de los Investigadores, la Semana de la Ciencia y de la evaluaci\u00f3n de la actividad investigadora del personal docente e investigador, con la Comisi\u00f3n Nacional Evaluadora de la Actividad Investigadora (CNEAI).<\/p>\n <\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n
