She earned her Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Universidad Cat\u00f3lica Andr\u00e9s Bello in Caracas, Venezuela, followed by Master’s degrees in Educational Counseling and Family Counseling from Universidad de Santiago de Compostela, a Master’s in Family Therapy from the STIRPE Center in Madrid, and a Master’s in Philosophy and Humanities from Universidad Francisco de Vitoria. Here she has held various leadership positions, including overseeing the Educational Counseling Office and designing and teaching the ‘Personal Skills and Competencies’ and now co-directs the Specialist Program in EESC for Educational Transformation. She is also part of OECD’s Future of Education and Skills 2030 Project <\/p>\n

Since 2013, Adriana has been with Fundaci\u00f3n Bot\u00edn, initially as the Promotion Coordinator, focusing on expanding the Education Responsible Program and the ER Centers Network. PhD in Pedagogy, awarded in 2015 by the Spanish Government Delegation for Gender Violence and Universidad de Deusto. Also holds a degree in Pedagogy, a Diploma in Social Education, a Master’s Degree in Intervention in Violence against Women from Universidad de Deusto, and additional qualifications in Gestalt Therapy and Neurosciences from Universidad del Pa\u00eds Vasco. Vanessa has a professional background in socio-educational intervention for vulnerable families and minors. <\/p>\n

Since 2007, she has been working in Educaci\u00f3n Responsable at Fundaci\u00f3n Bot\u00edn. Currently, she is responsible for Educational Resources in the ER program, focusing on educational innovation and adapting to diverse school contexts nationally and internationally. Since 2013, her work has focused on the teacher\u2019s role as she works in the Education Area of the Fundaci\u00f3n Bot\u00edn, promoting emotional, social, and creative education. She has worked as a teacher, mentor, and assistant to the Academic Directorate of Integral Training at the Universidad Francisco de Vitoria. She has also served as a psychologist in Educational Guidance departments at schools and universities. She is a lecturer in the Masters program in Neuropsychology and Education at the Universidad Internacional de la Rioja and in the Masters program in Educational Psychology at the Escuela de Organizaci\u00f3n Industrial.<\/p>\n

Currently, she plays integral roles in both the Education division of Fundaci\u00f3n Bot\u00edn and the Programs division of the Bot\u00edn Center, where she coordinates research in collaboration with Yale University. Additionally, she leads the ReflejArte learning resource within the Educaci\u00f3n Responsable program and collaborates with various departments, including Evaluation, Communication, and Resources. She holds a Bachelor’s Degree in History from the State University of Rio de Janeiro and pursued further studies with a Master’s in Information and Documentation, along with a Master’s in Archival Studies. Later, she became a teacher specializing in administrative documentation at Universidad Carlos III de Madrid. Her career includes a senior technician role at the National Archive of Brazil and active involvement in projects such as the “Modernization of the National Archive of the Philippines” (AECI – Manila). <\/p>\n

In 2005, she joined Fundaci\u00f3n Bot\u00edn, where she played a pivotal role in establishing the Archive and Documentation Department. She holds a Double Degree in Law and Economics from Carlos III University of Madrid and the University of California, Los Angeles. She is also an alumna of the educational leadership program for equal opportunities in Empieza por Educar (Teach For Spain) and has earned a Master’s degree in Teacher Training. She has served as a teacher in both public and private educational institutions, specializing in the Vocational Training stage.<\/p>\n

Currently, she serves as the Communication Manager for the Education Area at Fundaci\u00f3n Bot\u00edn. In this role, she is responsible for identifying and disseminating best educational practices within the network of centers in the Educaci\u00f3n Responsable programme. She actively generates innovative proposals aimed at fostering the emotional, social, and creative development of young individuals, teachers, and families. Psychologist, teacher, and researcher, currently pursuing her doctoral studies in Humanities at Universidad Francisco de Vitoria and holds a master’s degree in Humanities from the same institution. She earned her bachelor’s degree in Psychology with a specialization in Education and Clinical Psychology from Universidad An\u00e1huac and Universidad Complutense de Madrid. She has been involved professionally in intervention, teaching, and training with students (secondary, high school, and university levels), educators, and families.<\/p>\n

Within Fundaci\u00f3n Bot\u00edn, Paulina part of the Educaci\u00f3n Responsable programme where she participates as mentor. She also trains new participation centers in regards to emotional and social development within the Educaci\u00f3n Responsable Program Center Network.
